My Tip of the Week for Sellers

 

If you don't have much equity and you don't need to sell quickly, price your home at or slightly above fair market value.  Be sure to have available your payoff information for your mortgage, HOA and any other liens against the property so that your real estate agent can run the numbers to arrive at a workable list price.
