Join the 5 Week "Prepare Your Home for Sale Challenge"
If you've been thinking about selling your home, you'll want to participate in my first 5 Week "Prepare Your Home for Sale Challenge". As its name implies, the goal of this challenge is to help you get your home ready for the market and to position you to get the most money possible when you sell it.
Beginning on Monday, May 21, 2018 and each Monday for the next five weeks, I'll give you a "prepare your home for sale" task that you must complete by 11:59 p.m. on the following Sunday. Before the end of each week, you must submit "before, during and after" photos and/or videos to show how you completed the task.
If you complete all five tasks and submit your "before, during and after" photos and/or videos before the 11:59 p.m. Sunday deadline each week, you'll be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift card. The winner of the gift card will be announced on Facebook Live on June 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. EST.

1. The challenge will be run through my Metro Atlanta Home Owners and Home Buyers Forum Facebook Group. So you must join the group in order to participate and be eligible for the drawing for the $100 gift card. Click Here to join the group.
2. Once you Join the Challenge, you'll immediately receive a "Thank You" video email with additional details about the challenge. Be sure to check your spam folder.
3. Beginning Monday, May 21, 2018 and each Monday for the next five weeks, you'll receive a video email at 5:00 a.m. explaining that week's "Prepare Your Home for Sale" task.
4. You must complete each week's task by the following Sunday and post your "before, during and after" photos and/or videos by 11:59 p.m. with that week's hashtag.
5. If you complete all five tasks and post your "before, during and after" photos and/or videos before each week's deadline, you'll be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift card.
6. The drawing for the gift card will be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 25, 2018 on Facebook Live. You do not have to be viewing the Live broadcast to win.
